bake it slowly to give the honey a chance to blend in with the cornbread

2- 8 1/2 -ounce packages Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Prepare muffin mix according to package
directions with milk and eggs. Add honey, and cinnamon, stir well. Pour
into a 9-by-13-inch greased pan and bake 25-35 minutes at 300 degrees.
