8 potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
1 pound American cheese, sliced in strips
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 pound partially fried bacon, chopped
1/2 cup sliced stuffed green olives
Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and
onions. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Top with bacon and olives. Bake for one
hour at 325 degrees.
