1/4 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 chicken, cut up
Melt margarine in 10x15 baking pan while preheating oven to 375 degrees.
Place flour, baking powder, sesame seeds and seasonings in brown paper
bag. Mix together milk and egg. Dip chicken in egg mixture then place in
paper sack, shaking a few pieces at a time, until well coated. Place
chicken in baking pan turning to coat with margarine. Bake skin side down
for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake for another 30 minutes.
