Chicken & Stuffing Casserole

Add a vegetable and you've got a whole meal with just a little work.

1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz) package corn bread stuffing
4 cooked chicken breasts
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans chicken broth
 

Melt margarine in the bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole pan. Layer 3/4 of stuffing mix on top of the butter. Cover stuffing layer with chicken breasts. Top chicken with remaining stuffing. Combine soup and broth and pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 10 - 15 minutes and cut into squares.
