1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup shredded Muenster cheese
1 teaspoon minced dried onion
2 cups Bisquik
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Mix salmon with 1/4 cup of the soup, the cheese and the onion. Set aside. Combine the Bisquik with 1/2 cup of milk. Pat 1/2 of the dough into a greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Spread salmon mixture on top. On waxed paper, evenly pat remaining dough in an 8-inch square. Invert dough on top of salmon mixture and remove the waxed paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Heat remaining soup, 3 tablespoons of milk and the parsley. Serve over sandwich squares. Makes 6 servings.
