Salmon Sandwich Bake by Sue
A nice quick meal that really good.

1 (15-1/2 oz) can salmon, drained, flaked, skin and bones removed
1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup shredded Muenster cheese
1 teaspoon minced dried onion
2 cups Bisquik
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Mix salmon with 1/4 cup of the soup, the
cheese and the onion. Set aside. Combine the Bisquik with 1/2 cup of milk.
Pat 1/2 of the dough into a greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Spread salmon
mixture on top. On waxed paper, evenly pat remaining dough in an 8-inch
square. Invert dough on top of salmon mixture and remove the waxed paper.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 18 to 20
minutes. Heat remaining soup, 3 tablespoons of milk and the parsley. Serve
over sandwich squares. Makes 6 servings.
